I've been looking at this picture on the top of my blogger list for two days, and I just have to say that is one of the best happy faces I have ever seen. :-)

Hopefully we will be going as hard as John when we're his age- I think he's 54. He cross-trains in 2 gyms, and helps teach the kids' class. He is one of my regular training partners at the Bellevue branch. So excited for him.
